Tim Durnford is Clockwise's gentle giant, a gentleman player and a very accomplished singer, songwriter and keyboard player.
Tim began his musical career as a soprano soloist with the Royal St. George's College Choir which gave him the opportunity to sing ensemble in some of the world's greatest cathedrals in Canada, throughout the United Kingdom and Europe. Tim's foray into popular music thrust him onto the Toronto music scene in the early 80's fronting the pop-rock group 'The Wanderers'. Tim's original composition 'Do It Right' earned the band placement on Q107's Home Grown Volume 3 and significant radio play. Later playing in 'Agent 86' Tim found success again on Q107 with his song 'Just About Love'. Tim went on to play keyboards in a later configuration of the band 'Goddo' with Greg Godovitz and with RCA recording artist 'New Regime' in the mid 80's. Clockwise fans are familiar with Tim's deft keyboard work from the band's first release 'Accidentally on Purpose'. After a short sabbatical, Tim has re-joined the band and has once again become an integral part of the Clockwise sound.
